Your Galanz Guarantee
This Product is guaranteed by the manufacturer for twelve months from the date of your original purchase (Initial Warranty Period). Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will either be replaced, refunded or repaired free of charge where possible during the Initial Warranty Period.

Before receiving warranty service, you must be able to provide Galanz with a copy of your proof of purchase date and the appliance must have been supplied, maintained and used in accordance with the product instructions received with the appliance.

The guarantee is subject to the following provisions:
– The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or consumable items.
– The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the user manual.
– The product must be used solely for domestic purpose.
– The guarantee will be void if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by unauthorised repair attempts.
– Specifications are subject to change without notice.
– The manufacturer disclaims any liability for any incidental or consequential damages.

The guarantee is in addition to, and does not diminish, your statutory or legal rights.
